A Neil McKelvey hat trick couldn't stop The Gers from losing ground at the top of the table after they lost the play off frame in an 8-8 draw away to No 1 Reds. Hero for the Reds in frame 16 was Glynn Williams. Ibrox had a 12-3 win over No 1 Blues. Dessie Cooper with a break and dish and Robert Hawkins, both notched up hat tricks on the night. And Thatch stay very much in contention courtesy of a 10-5 win over Dhu, who are now playing out of Ruby's Bar formerly The Kiln. A Gerry McCorry hat trick and a Jonny Nelson break and dish helped Thatch on their way. Saints go joint top again after a 13-2 battering of Larne FSC. Hat trick heroes were Dave McKendry, Anthony McCorry and Shaun McAlister including one break and dish. William Irvine's No 1 Club remain 2 points of the pace after a comfortable 10-5 victory at Inver Park against LIPS. Alan Corrigan secured a point for Thatch Rockets after winning the play off frame at home to Station Bar and St Comgalls move up to 9th courtesy off a 9-6 home win against Hugo Manson's Feathers. Feathers took the first frame, but it was the only time they led in the match as St Comgalls inspired by a treble from Alphonsus McIlwaine romped home. Top scorer for the visitors was Manson himself, also with a fine treble.
