No change at the top of the Q.Club sponsored Larne & District Pool League as the top four teams all won. Leaders Saints had a close call call though as they trailed a bouyant Q.Club 5-6 before taking the remaining four frames to stay three points clear at the top. Champions Thatch thrashed the No 1 Blues by a resounding 14-1 and Ibrox consolidated fourth spot with another big win 13-2 at home to newcomers Clonlee. The improving Conor Matthews registered both frames for the visitors. Q.Pool are still very much in the title chase courtesy of a solid 10-5 win at home to St Comgalls. Feathers dropped a point at home to Tech Tornadoes, the visitors Andrew Lilly scoring four from four including the vital play off frame whilst No 1 Reds overcame Thatch Rockets 9-6 in a hard fought tussle to stay in the top half of the table in eighth. Honours were also shared in the Station Bar as the hosts won the last two frames of the night to secure a point against The Gers and last but not least another close fought match also ended level as Rubys Bar won Frame 16 against Freewheelers for eight a piece.
