In the big top of the table clash honours were shared in the St Comgalls Club as Saints drew 8-8 at home to The Gers. Gers led 2-0, then trailed 2-6 before leading 7-6 with two frames to play. Bill McIlroy Jr levelled for Saints but a classy clearance from Alan Murray restored Gers lead taking the match to the 16th frame where Shaun McAlister finished well to ensure a point for the hosts. Thatch had a solid 10-5 home win over Feathers to go clear in 2nd position and Ibrox remain unbeaten in 5th after a 14-1 thrashing off Thatch Rockets. William Irvine's No 1 Club remain top of the pile after turning on the style away to Dhu. No 1 Reds are back to winning ways courtesy of a 9-6 home win against St Comgalls. Stablemates No 1 Blues however lost the play off frame at Highfliers in a 9-7 defeat, Kris McGuicken winning the all important 16th frame. LIPS jump up to 11th with a convincing 10-5 win over bottom team Larne FSC.
