Entry forms for our League Doubles (Scotch) sponsored by Larne & District HPS, will be given out at our next Committee/Delegates meeting on Thursday 1st November. To be in the draw they must be returned no later than 8.00pm on Thursday 29th November at the next Committee/Delegates meeting. Both meetings are in the Pigeon Club. The draw will take place immediately after the meeting is finished.
Thursday 6th December - Rounds 1 & 2 (best of 5 frames. At various venues)
Monday 10th December - Quarter Finals (best of 5 frames. In Pigeon Club)
Thursday 13th December - Finals Night (Semis best of 5, Final tbc. In Pigeon Club)
.. Cost £8 per team.
.. Played to Scotch Doubles. (Alternate single shots for each player in a team)
.. A player from each team shall lag once to decide breaking order for the entire fixture
.. Players in a team can communicate whilst their opponents are in control of the table, but as soon as opponents visit is over there can be no confering and the player whose shot it is must approach the table.
.. No conferring between shots on a team visit
.. No matches allowed to be re-arranged, must be played on stipulated dates
.. Team break. Any player in a team can break in any frame.
.. If a player plays out of turn, it is a foul resulting in one free shot and one visit to his opponents
