Feature match - The big match of the night went the way of Bryan McWhirter's Champions, a convincing 11-4 win over League leaders Q.Tips. Trailing 1-2 Five Plus One reeled off six racks on the trot to take control of the fixture and they didn't let up, winning four of the final five. Session scores were 3-2, 4-1 and 4-1, a solid performance and statement of intent indeed. Best on the night for Five Plus One were Shaun McAlister and Johnny Nelson both on three from three whilst Chris Carson scored two from three for Q.Tips. After all of tonights results Five Plus One are the only unbeaten team in the League this season.

Q.Stars raced into a healthy 5-0 lead over Q.Stix who then replied with three of their own. The match was in the balance as Stars led 7-6 with only two to play but they took the last two frames of the night for a 9-6 success (5-0, 2-3, 2-3). Ibrox travelled to unbeaten Eight Ball Army who fought back hard to level at 2-2 from 0-2 down. But the hosts were only to win one more rack in the match as the Rangers Club side registered a 12-3 victory. Session scores were 3-2, 4-1 and 5-0 for Michael Wilson's lads. Over in the Station Bar Micky O'Boyle's hosts notched up their second win of the campaign in a 10-5 win over the Blues. Following the pattern of the night they took control early on winning Session One by 5-0. Blues rallied to bring it back to 4-6 but the Railwaymen won four out of the remaining five frames to secure both points. Lorraine's Flyers entertained Clonlee in the Pigeon Club and what a titanic clash it was, going the whole way to the Play Off Frame. The hosts took the first session 3-2 but Clonlee replied with the same score in the next to level at 5-5. Lorraine's then edged ahead to 8-6 but the visitors won Frame 15 forcing the match into an extra rack but it wasn't to be for Francie Gribben's boys as Jordan Peoples secured both points for his side sinking the final black of the night. St Comgalls had a bye tonight.
