Congratulations to Marty Goudie on winning his first Larne League Individual title. The Feathers cueist stormed to success in the Seniors Individual which was played in the Rangers Club on Saturday 24th February during our League Festival week. Sometimes we all need a touch of the run and the Carrickfergus man got his in Round 1 against Anthony McCorry when he trailed 1-4, McCorry potted the black in Frame 6 but watched agonisingly as the cueball hit the bottom cushion and ran the length of the table before dropping into the corner pocket. But Goudie wasted no time and made his way to the Final where he faced last seasons Runner Up Gerry McCorry and he went on to run out 6-2 victor.
