What a performance on Finals Day by Dean McDonagh. The Gers cueist swept aside all before him to become the ""FAST RESPONSE PLUMBING & HEATING"" 2018 Larne & District Pool League Individual Champion. McDonagh overcame Bill McIlroy Jr, Ellis Martin and Ed McDowell with a total frame count of 18 for and only 3 against. McDowell (Ibrox) had beaten defending Champion Gerry McCorry in a last frame decider in his Quarter Final then recently crowned Ballymena Individual Ryan Foster in the Semis. But he had no answer to the clinical finishing of McDonagh who takes home the coveted trophy for his first time in the 35th anniversary of the event. I'm sure it won't be the last.
