Tonight seen the first round of fixtures in the second half of the season take place but there were no shocks as all the favourites won comfortably. League leaders Pigeon Club thrashed Clonlee 14-1 whilst second placed Gers demolished Blues 12-3 in the Rangers Club. Gers stablemates Ibrox were untroubled winning 12-3 away to Freewheelers. Q.Pool trailed 3-2 at home to Rubys Stars but a 5-0 whitewash in the second session put them in control and they eventually closed the match out at 10-5. Neil McFaul's Q.Club eased to a 12-3 win away to bottom team Thatch Rockets and Feathers registered an 11-4 success away to St Comgalls. Station Bar had a bye this week.
