End of season prizegiving

Larne & District Pool League awards night took place on Friday 25th May in our League sponsors venue the Q.Club. Before the food and prizes were given out a "Best of 5" team event was held and Gers took the honours with a 3-2 win over Station Bar in the Final. Secretary Scott Hutchinson congratulated our Teams on their Interleague successes and also thanked all our sponsors, The Q.Club, Fast Response Plumbing & Heating, McClays Trophies & Engraving, the Bowen family and The Square Chippy. Thanks to everyone who made this, our 35th season, a fantastic year. We now take our summer break, details of our Pre AGM and AGM dates in August for next seasons programme will be posted on this website in due course. Once again, thanks everyone

Above - Our League annual nominated charity was Cancer Focus NI for which we raised £826. Suzie McFarland from the organisation collects the cheque. Our choice this season was inspired by one of our own players Rodney McIlhinney (centre) who underwent treatment recently and received the all clear only this week. Well done Rodney.
