With some fixtures postponed due to League players representing Northern Ireland at the 2016 Blackball International World Championships in Killarney, Feathers had the opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the Q.Club sponsored Larne & District Pool League. And they did just that, though they were pushed all the way by a gutsy St Comgalls team who only missed out on a share of the points by losing the play off frame. Rubys Stars and Gers both move up to joint 4th as they overcame Clonlee and Q.Club respectively both recording 9-6 home wins. Ibrox move up to joint 2nd after a 15-0 demolition job on Freewheelers in the Pigeon Club.
