Only two League fixtures remain now in the Q.Club sponsored Larne & District Pool League and many thought reigning Champions The Thatch would struggle last night against a strong Feathers team as the pressure mounts. But it wasn't to be as Thatch produced a huge result just at the right time with a 14-1 demolition of the Pigeon Club side. Ibrox keep their title hopes alive with a solid 10-5 away win over Q.Pool whilst Saints got the winning feeling back defeating stablemates Clonlee 10-5. Tech Tornadoes had a hard fought win away to No 1 Reds though they had to win the play off frame to secure both points. Gers followed up last weeks cracking result away to Thatch with a comfortable 11-4 home win over Thatch Rockets whilst Q.Club registered a 15-0 whitewash over lowly Freewheelers. Station Bar had too much for St Comgalls in a 10-5 win and last but not least the young No 1 Blues travelled up to Rubys Bar and came away with both points in a welcome 11-4 win
