Teams - Can register up to 4 players (recommended)
To guarantee entry - All Captains or Delegates are asked to return the completed entry form into the Q.Club by Thursday 30th January along with payment.
Draw - Will take place on Thursday 30th January in Q.Club during the Doubles Finals Night.
Teams - can be made up of players from different League teams. All players must be League registered or have a BT40 home or work address.
