We usually start our reports at the top of the table, but this week it would amiss of us not to start at the bottom. If any local League betting enthusiasts were told they could have had 25s, 33s or even 50/1 on lowly Clonlee travelling to Feathers Pool Team and coming away with both points they wouldnt have put a penny on it. But that's just what Francie Gribben's team did in one of the biggest upsets in a long time in our League. Everyone played their part for Clonlee but hero of the hour was Corey Burleigh who won the decisive play off frame to give himself three from four on the night. At the top its as you were with Pigeon Club staying a point ahead of the chasing pack courtesy of a 12-3 win at Freewheelers. Q.Pool also won convincingly by a 12-3 scoreline at home to Station Bar to stay in third spot. Both Rangers Club teams had comfortable 11-4 win against lowly opposition, Ibrox at home to Blues and Gers away to Thatch Rockets. Gers win keeps them right up there in second spot. Lastly but not least Q.Club seen off Rubys Stars by 10-5 to sit four points from top spot.
